Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 1,5 mm kalınlığa sahip 5754 serisi alüminyum saclar, alüminyum esaslı (AlMg4,5Mn) teli ile soğuk metal transfer (CMT) yöntemiyle birleştirilmiştir. Numuneler, alın birleştirme formunda hazırlanmış ve birleştirme işlemleri 50, 60, 70, 80 ve 90 A kaynak akım şiddetinde yapılmıştır. CMT işlemlerini gerçekleştirdikten sonra; 5754 serisi alüminyum sacların CMT tekniği ile birleştirilebilirliğini görmek için birleştirmelerin çekme özellikleri tespit edilmiş, mikro sertlik değerleri ölçülmüş ve birleştirmelerin mikro ve makro yapıları incelenmiştir.
